Cookery School 2012

May 2010 saw us launch our cookery school with excited students who spent the day learning how to create basic Ghanaian dishes at home. Each one went away inspired and happy with a hamper full of traditional Ghanaian spices and ingredients to help them with their new cooking expertise.
